    Hi All
Here is the report from the I C P S A web site
    2009 ICTSF ABT HCIT-Results

The 2009 International Clay Target Shooting Council ABT Home Countries International Tournament took place in Scotland over Friday and Saturday 11th/12th September last and the ICPSA fielded Teams in all four categories.
After day one only two targets separated the top three teams in the Senior event which left everything to shoot for on day two as most participants settled down for an uneasy Friday night contemplating what might happen next day.
The Irish need not have worried however as a power house performance straight out of the blocks on day two saw the Senior Team reverse the over night deficit to move up to first place and finish on a total of 1860 points to leave Wales 13 targets behind in second place and England a further 15 targets adrift followed by Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Individually the performance of the weekend fell to Ireland Junior Team member Robert Carter who crowned an already excellent season (during which he not only won the Irish Open ABT Championship but also shot 100 straight at ABT as well as being a member of the DTL/OT and ABT Teams) by taking the title of overall individual High Gun at the Tournament having scored 195 out of a possible 200 points including 99 ex 100 on the second day.
Carters score on the day was sadly not enough however to win the Junior Team category as he and Keith Delahunty had to settle for second place just a single point behind the winners, a position which the ICPSA Ladies also achieved within their category.
We would like to congratulate all of our winners as well as thank our Team sponsors and of course the Team Manager Hughie Morris.
