    Hi guys,
    Ive been running an steel fabricating business i tried to get into the construction industry but doesnt seem to happening for me.
    I need to find a new outlet what would be best for me look into i cant seem to think or see a new way to move.
    Any ideas please?

    look closey at what your competitors do - what do they make and sell?
    what do they specialise in?
    what stuff do they make that makes them the best margin?
    In your existing customer base,who do you get the most business from, and the least from?
    Target the least from customers and see can you up sell to them.
