itouch problems please help

    Hey all,

    Looking for a bit of help. I transfered all my music from my old broken laptop to my new via my mates external harddrive. However, itunes asks me to erase and sync everytime I want to charge or sync my itouch. Which is a pain in the ass as it takes forever to backup all my music.

    Is there anyway of making my new laptop the only one to sync from?

    Also, after uninstalling itunes and redownloading it all my music has an ! beside it and it won't sync now. Any ideas??
