Doing the human rights stream, was at induction tonight so all geared up now! Seems to be a lot of reading involved but that's expected. Must buy myself a desk...

 Grrrr.... just started to read the big photocopy for the human rights stream (Steiner book) and it's pretty much unreadable as the last word of every sentence is missing. Going to order it off amazon

Hi, I'm doing the HR LLM too. However I missed last nights induction. Did they assign reading already? Can you send me details of this Steiner book?
    Thanks
    J

Sure, it's "International Human Rights in context" Steiner, Alston & Goodman 2007. It was recommended we buy a copy, so I've ordered off Amazon.
Course outlines are posted on moodle. Reading has been assigned but for 1 class the photocopy is botched i.e. the last 1 or two words of every sentence on every 2nd page is missing and for another (Monday- Public international law) I can't find the book anywhere- "Principals of International Public Law" Brownlie 2008, looked in Easons and Hodges & Figgis, so I'll have to wait for Amazon with that too

Yeah I've been looking for the Brownlie book as well. It's tough to find. Easons online have it, but my last experience ordering off them online was a disasater so I might resort to Amazon too.
