    slusk, it's not our fault.

    it's a means tested payment which he qualifies for since his illegal income isn't declared.



    how could a different vote change this?

    In Sweden you do not qualify for basic social welfare payments as long as you have money in the bank. If you have €1000 in you bank account you have to get rid of that before you can get any basic payments which is about 300 euro + rent per month.

    And he will only lose the payments if he returns to prison -- or gets a job.
    Kinda like most people.
