    Came across www.mywheels.ie over the weekend.

    Free to use, don't know where the angle is.

    Gives you the following info -written off, scraped, previous taxi / hackney, imported, number of owners, changed engine / colour, nct due, tax expiry date.

    Also gives indication on potential insurance cost and tax costs. Good buying tips as well.
