Left eye slighly out of focus

Hi, I have lately started to notice that my right eye is a small bit out of focus where as my left eye seems to be perfectly in focus. I am not cross eyed or anything but I have always felt a bit of a twitch sensation in my right eye. It does not actually twitch but is more of a nerve sensation and when I look closely in the mirror and compare both eyes, my right eyelids are slightly more open where as my left eye is more relaxed, and my left eye sometimes looks like it is looking in a different direction in head on photographs. I don't know if this is a common thing and if my left eye is just a bit out of focus, but I think that I should perhaps go and get it looked at by a specialist. The eye seems to get agitated more easily than my left and often gets watery or itchy. Do any of these signs point to anything familiar?
    Thanks

Best of going to an optician to see if its anything serious.
