I was running 3-4KM 2 or 3 times at the beginning of the summer but with busy work I haven't pulled on the trainers in about 6 or 7 weeks. So I've signed up for the Simon Community fun run on Oct 10th pull me back in with a firm goal. I'd like to get a decent enough time (what would that be?!) and to build on it and do a 10k soon enough after. Any tips or thoughts on putting together a training program between now and then?
