Ati Catalyst that supports screen alignment?

Housemate has a 4650 that's slightly off screen on his tv, but every catalyst he's tried doesn't have the option to manually align the screen. I know there is CCC out there that supports it, anyone any idea which versions? Thanks. :)

I thought that junk was done on the TV not the card

I got the latest one at home and it ain't on it from what I remember.
