Any truth in story that quite a few dropped from sunstroke on Thursday?? I mean a lot, more than 2 dozen!! And then they decided to stop it!!!!!!!!!

i just got back from chad and was on that medal parade over there the final number of people that collapsed/fainted was 64 out of 300+ it was a crazy sight to see people dropping all around me but they didnt stop it and it went on for nearly 2 hours it was craziness all ranks dropped officers included...
