    My first reaction was 'It's a joke, right ?'. I honestly don't understand why they would refuse 8 students just because of "budget cuts". I mean, 8 students ? It's not as if they were 200, right ? (I'm not saying that if there were 200 students deprived of the right of studying I'd find it better, I'm just saying that justifying yourself with "budget cuts" sounds less ridiculous for a course of 200 people than 8.)

    And so what next ? The first come (registered), the first served (educated) ?
