    hi guys,
I have started running over the last few months and I have done
3 5k's. times getting better each run and my best last race was 18.30. the final
5k of the season and the flatest of all is on in 2 weeks. and I want to go all out
and try and beat my best time.I do coached fartlek training once a week. but I have started running 4miles a couple of times a week recently, I also do some cycling. but I want to concentrate on the running for 2 weeks. any advice on how I should train, eat and maybe a strategy for the race itself. If it needs be I can also train early mornings and evenings

    thanks
