Just wondering if anyone can tell me. The fees that are quoted on the DCU website for postgrad courses - what do these include / exclude ? i.e Are exam fees and registration fees included ?

Also, if a course is €2000 full time for one year, is it still €2000 if you do it part-time over 2 years ?

Not every one-year full-time course can be done on part-time basis. Check with the appropriate faculty programme: http://www.dcu.ie/finance/fees/schedule.shtml, everything is limpidly listed!

I know I'm moving this thread in a slightly different direction than the OP, but I didn't want to start a new one and the thread title fit!

I have to date paid €1500 off my due course fees (€500 via PAC and €1000 on-line). The due amount on my portal/ registration page is only acknowledging that I've paid €600 (and yes, I double checked that I had paid €1000 and not just €100).

Is anyone else having this kind of problem? I've a feeling this kind of thing could get a bit messy.

does anyone know if the postgrad fees quoated on the website include a registration fee of 1500 or is this seperate? and can you subtract the 500 pac deposite from the total amount- thanks.

I was just onto the Fees office, and apparently the website is (quote) "acting the maggot" :P.

Yes, the €1500 and all additional costs are included in the fee amount on the website.

The €500 PAC payment is deducted from the amount you have to pay.

My portal/ registration page isn't correctly deducting the amount I've paid from the amount due. DCU know how much I've paid so it shouldn't be an issue. I was worried there might be additional charges that I hadn't known about, but it's just the maggoty website:P
