Musicians wanted for wedding/party/function band. Cork area

    Hey there! I have been looking to join a covers band in cork for a while now. With the aim of regular gigs and to gain some kind of income whilst having fun at the same time :) Since i've had no luck as yet i thought i would see if there was any interest in setting one up for the winter months.. and if successful for the forseeable future. I am a 22 yr old experienced female vocalist based in cork. I would be interested in hearing from any musicians who would be interested and dedicated into making this a full time working project. Set up would be along the lines of guitars, drums, bass, keys and possibly some horns if there are any players out there?? Backing vocals, own equipment and transport would be a benefit but not essential. Genre wise my voice is very adaptable and i'm open to anything .. Rock, soul, funk and pop. A well rounded setlist.. good mix of hits from all decades and to fit any occasion. You get the idea and obviously this would be discussed later in the process! I would like to think we could set up something to a high professional standard that could be taken to many venues and occasions with the aim of a few gigs a week.. so if your short on work, tired of sitting around at home and would like to make some extra cash then please get in touch! I am already in contact with venue organisers and promoters so as soon as we are polished we are good to go! If you are interested please send a message with a bit about yourself, what you play, past experience, where you are based etc once i have enough people i'll set up some auditions/jamming sessions!
