[Sharing Large Twin Room]

Landlady has provideed a furnished twin room for two students sharing. As a result I need a roommate. I am 21 and will be studying Business Economics and Social Studies in Trinity this coming September. I would like an easy going female for the room, it is a very large room and there is space enough for the two of us. Taking into account that we'll be studying a lot, I see no problem with it.

The rent is €300 monthly, exceptionally cheap for what the landlady is providing, laundry and utily included. Occasssionally she is happy to cook breakfast, but its pretty much self catering. Fridge and Kitchen is at our disposal.

The house is 4-5 min walk from the Luas line, leading straight into Trinity
or 15 minute walk to the UCD campus.
