I'm cracked up. It just popped into my head there a while ago. I'd seen a video before of a service interruption on tv. Like as in someone took over the frequency and broadvast a video. The one I saw is of a really freaky guy that looked like duke nukem, I think he as fake, with a tv colour tester page in the background or…

I tried to youtube it but then I realised that I didn't even know the name for when it happens. So ya, whats it called and does anyone have a link to the video? Cheers madears.
