    Hi All,

Just wondering if any of you have used one of these or a similar product:
    http://www.nextag.com/oil-change-pump/products-html

    Are they any good?
Could you recommend a decent one for no more than €100. I know they wont be as good as draining out the oil but that involves a bit too much effort!

    Thanks,
    B

Just drain the oil - what could be easier? All you need is an old oil container with a square cut out to catch the used oil.

Draining the oil gets rid of more sludge than sucking which will be of benefit to the fresh oil.

I've gone to a garage that uses one of these pumps so im looking at getting one thats not too expensive. Only reason is that it looks to be very handy as you dont have to get under the car or remove covers. Do they leave much sludge and dirty oil in the engine?
