postgraduate registration

    Hi everyone
I am starting a taught postgraduate course this year at TCD and the only time I can make it next week to register is the afternoon slot on Thursday which is labelled "research register" as opposed to "taught register". I was wondering if anyone knows how strict they are about going to the correct registration slot in accordance with your status.
I know I can wait until the week of the 28th but I am anxious to register next week as I will be getting a higher education grant and need to get a form stamped at registration regarding this. The later I register, the more likely there will be a delay with the 1st installment.
    Any advice would be useful
    Thanks

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing it won't matter what time you go in at. They only send out those timetables for registration to prevent everyone turning up at the one time. They will sort you out in student records if you need it sooner and have a valid reason anyway :)
