Anyone know anything else.

It's coinciding with the 9/11 ceremony.

Hard to know. Just watching it on CNN, and they seem to have very little info.

They had set up a cordon because Obama was close by. The boat apparently tried to run through the cordon, so they blasted it.

Though bit mad to have a live firing exercise right beside where Obama is rapping, or giving a speech or whatever.
