I hope some of you can help me, I am really worried!
I will be flying back to Ireland Tuesday morning, so I checked in this morning. As I printed the boarding pass, i realised that the exp. day was wrong. the Day is an 8 instead a 3 but the year and month is right. Will that be a problem? Also, I just typed in my firth name and my sure name but not my middle name, but my middle name is on my passport (I am not irish). Do you guys think I will be in trouble at the airport? Could it be that they won't let me on the airplane? I am really, really worried. I can't call Ryanair, because the line isn't open anymore and it's closed over the weekend as well. Yes, that's diffrent in Ireland, I know. I am so worried. I would really appreatiate any little advice you could give me!

    Thanks in advance!

Does anybody know at least something to one of my problems? The mistake with my expiration date or about not mentioning my middle name?
I would be realy happy if I could get any advice even if it's just a tiny one! Please!

Your missing middle name won't make a difference.

Thanks Ponster. Does anyone know anything about the mistake with my expiration date?

Ring ryanair and they will fix the details on your account so that you can reprint your pass from the online check in page. It doesn't cost anything, I had to do it recently when I put down the wrong date on my passport.

I have a similar problem. I added wrongly the expiration date of my ID (day 20 instead of 21, all the rest is fine). Do you think I'm gonna be in trouble because of this?

I'm travelling tomorrow and the client assistence phone line is closed on weekends for where I live. Is there anyway I can solve this? I'm getting really worried by this.

I also messed up the expiration date, I put 5-1-2016 instead of 4-1-2016.
I am from the US, will they charge me to change this? How do I change it?

Of those who had this problem last month could let me know what happened I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

I also messed up the expiration date[...]

Have you ever flown with Ryanair? They will look at your ID for half a second at most. If the name on your boarding pass was totally different from the one on your ID, there is a slight chance they might notice (I would not hold my breath though). Minor details such as ID number or expiry date they will never compare... they have no time for that. Just ignore the mistake and have a good flight.

can't you check in again with ryanair?

You need to contact their call centre to change information post-checkin. I don't think they'll charge for correcting a single day.

undo, that's all very well until you do get the staff member that does give a damn and then you end up missing your flight (which they can deny you entry on to, if they so wish). It's all very well encouraging someone to take a risk until that backfires on them.

I previously entered a wrong detail on the printout by scrolling down instead of clicking down, they didn't notice at all. i would doubt they would as others have said they just really glance at it, to give you a flavour of the attention to detail on one flight i was queueing up for one person of a couple got through while the other was told - hold on this isn't the queue for marseilles it's for dublin!!

When making the online check in for a ryanair flight for a friend I made a mistake in the nationality. Is this a problem since all other details (incl.passport number) is correct? I can't reach ryanair helpdesk in Spain. Can someone help please? Thank you very much in advance!!

Hiya i think this would be more of a problem than the minor ones above because they will notice the passport nationality, and may think you (even though) your not are trying to enter or leave the EU this way, maybe they wont notice but when you arrive at the airport i would go to the ryanair desk, and see if they can change it for you, i seen a couple 2 weeks ago get refused from the flight because they had EU on the boarding pass when infact they were not from the EU, so i think ryanair would be strict on nationality issues, just my opinion though, but i would call to their desk at your airport and they should be able to fix it an issue you a new boarding pass which i think costs €40

    hope this helps

Today I have a problem trying to check in online with Ryanair. I get no further than the security question page which does not display the crazy letters to type in ,so I can not proceed any further. The same thing happens when I try to book a future flight. I fill in all the details and tick the agreement box, then the security page appears, again without the crazy letters. I have deleted past cookies from my browser but still no joy. Everything was working fine yesterday. Any suggestions would be great

is this using google chrome? i have encountered problems when trying to book with that security captcha not displaying. try it on internet explorer and it may resolve itself.

Hi there, Thank you, but I use Internet Explorer 8. I do not use crome. I am wondering if it is because I deleted my cookies. If I have no joy tomorrow, I will have to go round to some friends and at least check in through their computer and print my boarding passes. My computer uses Windows EXp and Internet Explorer 8 is my only browser.

yeah another computer is the next best thing. hopefully it will sort itself out. it could be a ryanair issue but who knows.
