Kilkenny Design Workshops

Hi Everyone

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to use but here goes anyway. I'm trying to develop an insight to the history and the experience of the former Kilkenny Design Workshops originally set up by the late William Walsh and which kickstarted a major craft revival in Ireland from the 1960s onwards.

Did anyone on line work there in the 60s or 70s who would care to share your experiences. Perhaps you might have some images of the time in some old biscuit boxes somewhere. If you are interested please come back as I would liove to hear from you.

As I haven't had any feedback on this subject I thought that I would give it one more try. I wonder if anyone out there in cyberspace remembers Kilkenny Design Workshops?

Also, there's a book that talks about design in ireland that mentions it - try find it.
