Where to find a big cardboard box?

    Hi there,

    For an art project, I need a big box like a fridge box or widescreen TV one.

    Any idea where I could get one?

    I live beside a Supervalu but don't know if they would give boxes to customers!

    I guess a last resort will be buying a big sheet of board from an art and hobby shop...

    As you suggested, I'd look for a box from a fridge etc.
    The best to try, is any big electrical store. They often have to take any waste packaging from their products, and will be glad to give it away.

    Power City etc. A lot of people unpack their bulky purchases so they will fit into their cars to avoid delivery charges and also gets rid of the waaste.

    I rarely have to look for one. I just open up the garage door and new ones of all sizes seem to magically appear.....funny that!
