    Hi,

    I understand increasing carbs is very important in helping in long distance running.

    Does anyone have practical weekly menus that work for them?

    e.g.
    Monday
    Breakfast = porridge
    Lunch = roll
    Dinner = pasta with blah de blah sauce.....
    etc,
    etc

    i.e. actual real diet / food / menu that
    -> fits the carbs / fats requirements
    -> easy to prepare
    -> AND tastes good too
    -> and maybe other non-running members of the family can enjoy also
