Hi . I was wondering whats the best way to find accommodation in Cork for one UCC student looking for a single room.
    Whats newspapers are the best?

    Thanks

Have you tried the accommodation office? They also have a website: http://www.ucc.ie/services/propertyManager/house_search/

Apart from that I'd recommend using Daft.

I found a place in Castlewhite thanks to the accomodation office two years ago. After hunting desperately for a room every where in Cork, I was so glad I accepted it immediately.

Aside from that, Daft.ie is probably the only place where you can try to find something, but it's not always updated. I would also suggest Gumtree, although there ain't any real offers...

There's no newspapers that's better than another one, so you can just take a quick look inside the shop and buy it if you find something interesting.

    Good luck !
