Anyone know any cheap but not dodgy ways of getting teeth done? My mother got quoted 900 for a filling on one tooth. I nearly shat my pants when she told me.

Why the are dentists so expensive here? It's ridiculous. I'm going to ring the dentist myself and tell him that we're going up north for a better deal and he can shove his drill up his arse.

Overblood, before you get all riled up, ask yourself does €900 sound right for a standard filling?. Is it beyond the relms of possibility that it could be a root filling, a cast ceramic or gold filling, maybe even a crown?. Why did your mum not ask what the €900 was for?. If you are prone to believing that things like this are right, you must have a lot of pants or a very big laundry bill.
