MOT does not transfer to NCT
    Tax is not transferrable,
VRT needs to be paid straight away.

Ok. Thx.i thought that mot is valid here aswell,so i need to book nct when i buy this car but it mens that i can drive because i dont get insurance without nct. To pay vrt do i need some kind of logbook,do i get it with car or i need to wait like here?

you only need to book an nct if the car is older than 4 years old. insurance companies will insure a foreign car without nct, and you will need to get the entire v5(logbook) from the seller,

Make sure you are covered by your insurance company to drive the car home. They will do this following a quick phone call.
