02 mobile broadband problem

So i just got it I registered the account,i installed the software from the stick needed to run it,pin1 is correct but when i go to connect i get straight away 'connection terminated' It must be something simple i'm not getting? the modem is blinking blue every 3 seconds so registered to the network

Good to know but turns out it was some service i had switched off

Getting the same problem here. re-installed it 20 times over, got the sims replaced, modem , and new sim pack , and still can`t get connected, 02 Technical Support, can`t help and say to get another sim pack. waste of time and money.
