    has anyone got refused BTEA for going into 2nd year of a course (by way of exemptions earned from evening course) instead of starting in 1st year? any feedback would be great

    Has your sole income for last 9 months been from social? if not thats why you were refused. if you think you have a case appeal and get onto a TD

    Get a letter from the college stating the reasons why you are allowed to start in 2nd year.Bring this with you and give a copy to the supervisor in the welfare department and call in every day to get a reply from them
