Hey folks,

I am looking for advice on returning to education.

Been out of education since the leaving cert. Thinking of going back to college to do a business course.

Have been working in Admin/Sales since leaving school - earning money - 26k. Just don't want to be in the same situation in 10 years time.

I am planning on doing the course part-time.

Can anyone offer me any advice/guidance.

P.S based in Dublin.

Doing something part-time narrows down your choices a lot.

DIT first came to mind and I had a quick look and found this course:

DBS have lots of business part time courses: http://www.dbs.ie/Courses/BusinessManagement/tabid/236/Default.aspx

Business covers a wide range of areas so you will have to research each course available and decide what you want to work at at the end of the course.

Defo take time to research all the courses and fire off as many emails as you want to the different colleges asking questions and go to open days if you can. Speaking to students and lecturers will give you a feel for what the course is like.
