Having been let go from work last week and getting my first dole payment yesterday I went to the CWO today to talk about my mortgage, back to school allowance etc. The clinic is only from 10-11:30 2 mornings a week and they only see 30 people. I got there at 9:10 and I was number 50!! Is this the same everywhere?
I'm in Kildare and called into the Newbridge office

Im in Swords and they do only sit two days a week, here its only from 10am until 11am. But once you get in the door before 11am you will be seen. There is no cap on numbers.
However there are 4 CWO all in 4 seperate offices and you go to the one for your area but thats just to do with the population of our town at the moment I believe.
Not sure if your area just has one of more but either way. I visited my CWO this morning, got there at 9.15 and there were 3 in front of me. But it still stands in our area, once your in the door before 11am you will be seen. Even if its 12.30 before you get to see someone. Once your foot is in the door before 11am your safe to be seen by the CWO.
