Ear problem

Ok as the title suggests,i have an irritating problem with my ear.Every now and again,my ear pops and it stays like that for days.As anyone whos had their ears poped,they know,you cant hear properly and speaking sounds weird as well.It happens more or less all the time when i do sports etc.i know its not life threatening…
