    * 1 cup mayonnaise
    * 1/2 ounce Dijon mustard
    * 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
    * 1 ounce chipotle chile in adobo, pureed
    * 1/4 ounce fresh garlic, minced
    * salt, to taste

    Directions

    1.
    1
    Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, chipotle and garlic.
    2.
    2
    Add salt to taste.
    3.
    3
    Cover and chill before sandwich preparation, or before using as a salad dressing.

    I was expecting more oil based ingredients, I haven't tried this as I'm not a fan, but looks legit.

    That is a quality sauce alright.

    Goes well in the meatball sub.

    Chipotles are smoked jalapenos. Adobo is spanish for marinade, so its marinaded smoked jalapenos.
    They can be bought in Falon & Byrnes in Dublin, apparently they are the business.
