    Well folks, we’re nearing in on our 5th birthday. Unlike normal 5 year olds, we’re losing our hair but we’re not gonna let that get in the way of a good party!
    For what should be one of the gigs of the year, we’ve drafted in two heavyweights to help us celebrate in style. Drum & Bass legend Roni Size and DMC champions, Scratch Perverts will be flying into Dublin on the 9th of October for an all out eargasm!

    Breakology's 5th Birthday

    Roni Size & The Scratch Perverts

    Fri Oct 9th - The Twisted Pepper

    Door Tax = €20

    ==========================================

    Roni Size
    281x211.jpg
    Bristol native Roni Size is one of the U.K. jungle scene’s most respected names, with production credits spanning dozens of labels, projects and releases. Although not as quick to rise to acclaim (either critical or popular) as peers such as Goldie or LTJ Bukem, Size’s influence as a producer, label owner, and committed underground magnate figured him as one of the emerging sound’s true pioneers. The breakout success of his debut album New Forms (including Britain’s prestigious Mercury Award) finally confirmed his stature and vaulted him to a greater degree of popularity than any other drum’n'bass producer.

    Scratch Perverts

    Prime Cuts, Tony Vegas and Plus One are the Scratch Perverts – a name that has become synonymous with HipHop and battle DJing ever since their formation in 1996. Their reputation as one of the worlds most progressive DJ collectives is unparalleled; two consecutive World DMC Team titles, Plus One’s World DMC Champion and World Vestax Champion titles, Prime Cut’s 1999 and 2000 World ITF Scratching crowns, and countless showcases and gigs all over the world. They’ve recently launched their new mix album, Beatdown, featuring everyone from Diplo, Benga and Joker to Hervé, Buraka Som Sistema and Spor.

    Because it’s our birthday, we’re offering a special on tickets for two weeks – you can buy 3 tickets for the price of 2 here. Tickets are priced at €20 each or €22 on the door, so get ‘em in early!

    Saw Roni Size in March in the Button Factory. He was deadly. Well worth checking out if you get the chance
