Firefox Unrar Issue

My main Browser is Firefox and anytime I download legitimate files in RAR format from any Website, they fail to unrar (always returning the error Corrupt file or archive).

However, if I down the same files while having IE set as my main Browser they always unrar perfectly.

I have disabled all the Add-ons in Firefox just in case it was one of them causing the issue but it changed nothing, all rar files downed via Firefox fail to unrar successfully.

use jdownloader myself , has a ff plugin now too. it can even auto extract and then delete the rars once you download them worth checking out especially if you use the like of rapidshare a lot.
