    Fundoran most likely have something but I'm not sure how it works up there.

    As for reading the charts check out MSW everyday and compare the swell direction and wind with what the eyeball reports say. Ignore the star system, its wrong mostly. Repeat 365 days a year. After a few years you should have the hang of it!
