    hi,
i got my hair done the other day and its not what i asked for and im really unhappy with it.... :(
iv been getting my hair highlighted for the past few months, and so far its been fine but im really disapointed with it this time!
i had very dark brown hair and iv been getting a full head of highlights and asking them to lighten the ends as much as they can, as the brown dye had built up so much.
this time though all the girl did was my roots and didnt touch the ends of it!!!! so now my roots are sooo much lighter than the ends!!!!!!:mad:
i think it looks terrible and i dont know what to do??
i dont know how i didnt notice she was just doing the roots???!!!:confused:
also she didnt do the highlights to the roots so theres about half an inch of root left anyway!!!
i really dont know what to do, my mam said to go back in but i wouldnt know what to say and id be too embarassed......it was a student job and i dont want them to turn around and say "yeh well she was a student....."
any advice please i really dont know what to do???!!!!!!

  • Just go back. I had to do it earlier in the year and I felt a bit stupid, but why should you pay for crappy highlights? Most salons would be happy to fix it for you if you go back and explain (nicely!) that it wasn't what you wanted.
