I would imagine the organisers fear being sued themselves by someone who was damaged if the liable party doesn't have third party insurance.

I've been to it every year for years, never ever had to show or was asked !

I assume they simply mean all vehicles must be insured and display a disc.

when i contacted one of the organisers ,

he said the full cert ( not the insurance disc ) is what they need to enter the show !!!!!

    The Entry Form states.

1.Own Insurance must cover you to drive and display the vehicle on the day
2.All vehicle owners must display a valid insurance disc on the day
3.All vehicles must be roadworthy and fit for display

I'm pretty sure if you show up with a current disc that is all they require.Dont get hung up on it anyway !
