Northwest 056 area Eircom Broadband out

I am in the Urlingford area tonight - using 3g to post this - and my netopia router has a red light for Internet, but DSL is green. Friends in Johnstown - 3 miles away - have same problem. Is it just this area or is eircom BB down across Ireland?
