    Hi folks,

Heres a small app I've developed...
    http://broadband-usage.com

I just added support for Three Broadband.
There will be support for more mobile broadband providers added soon.
Although 3 has their own built in monitor, this will give you some helpful extra features.
Any feedback or suggestions on the tool much appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Jon

could you please add support for vodafone mobile broadband?

Could such a program be stored and accessed automatically online. Only reason i ask is i just my O2 mBB on 3 different computers, so my current usage monitor only stores the usage for each computer separately, making it useless.
    Is it a huge ask?

mcw92, Its no problem to add support for vodafone,
see here for more information on adding ISPs: http://broadband-usage.com/Add%20ISP.html

Senna, The application fetches the data from your online account, (e.g. https://my3.three.ie) so figures are for the account rather than an individual computer.
The way it works is that it logs into your account on startup and every 12 hours after that and scrapes usage figures off the webpage.

    Cheers,
    Jonathan

Hello. I've tested this with only 1 account, thought the code was ok but I guess not. :o
You're not inside a firewall by any chance?
Can you try it again, sometimes the server doesn't respond.
Can I PM you a jar that'll give some debug printouts?
    Thanks,
    Jonathan

Just for peoples info, this app does not work with 3 prepay broadband.
It should work with standard contract broadband though.

Why not just look at your usage through your my3 account?
