    just wondering if anyone can tell me of any places in longford that do good fitness classes
    i am looking preferably for spinning classes, do not really want to join somewhere for a year would prefer pay as you go classes

    From this weeks Leader.

    Spin and Tone is starting next week. In Miranda Moran's physio clinic Newtownforbes.
    Tues Beginners @7pm Intermediate @ 8pm,
    Thursday Intermediate @ 7pm Advanced @ 8pm and
    Saturday Intermediate @ 12 noon.
