The Luggacurren 10k is on next Sunday 13th September at 12.30 sharp.... This is one of the toughest 10k courses on the circuit and is very hilly. It is a longstanding race in Co. Laois which the organisers are trying to keep viable... Luggacurren is just off the main road between Stradbally and Carlow..Indeed about a mile…

Luggacurren is just off the main road between Stradbally and Carlow..Indeed about a mile of the race takes in this road....Good strong race with prizes and refreshments after.... May appeal to some of you as im not sure if race is widely advertised.... Good strong race though....They always have race t - Shirts at least up to this year...About 75/80 mins from Dublin....
