I don't even know what to say, this is actually wrong on so many levels. I'm having a bit of a Frank Grimes moment.

A 12-year-old schoolboy has admitted a charge that he raped a nine-year-old boy.

The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was 11 at the time of the attack in June.

The hearing, at Newcastle Crown Court, which was sitting as a youth court, was adjourned to allow reports to be prepared.

He was remanded in custody and will next appear before the court for sentencing on 23 October.

Would a boy that age go to jail or detention centre? I can't say I know of a juvenile case that young.

I realy don't know. Or what the best solution here is.

Still though, a pretty nasty case to deal with.

harsh no?? he is only a kid and obviously his actions were terrible but to some level maybe he didnt realise the enormity of what he was doing

Don't care. You can tell the difference between right and wrong at the age of 11. Rape is the most serious crime after murder and child rape is just indefensible. Hope the evil fcker is knifed in prison or at least beaten so he'll never have an erection again.
