Philips CRT TV Repair in the Midlands?

I think the power unit in our 7 year old Philips CRT is gone. I know the era of CRT is all but over and we've got a new TV coming, but the 32" is going to be given to my sister who's in a rental at the minute and can't really afford a 32@ flatscreen so, does anybody know who could repair TV's in the Longford/Midlands regions?

The screen flickers after you turn it on for maybe 10 seconds and then the TV goes into standby all by itself. There's a noise in the back every time it flickers which is why I'm guessing it's the power. There are no colour problems but the flickers are so frequent it's impossible to watch the TV for those 10 seconds before it kicks out.
