was completely deflated today, ventured from the office at lunch hour, headed round to championsports on grafton st. to try and buy the lunarglide+, but they were sold out!

is there anywhere else i can go to try a pair, think i'll just buy them online eventually. any thoughts or perhaps some user reviews?

Typical nike have only put out a minimal amount of pairs - build demand and what not
Any of us that have normal size feet will have to search hard or wait

Had to buy mine online. I haven't noticed much difference to be honest, however racing in them for the first time this Saturday so at race pace I might notice a difference over the heavier kayanos.

wanted to get a pair for racing. you must be doing the Run like an Animal yeah? would be doing it except for a wedding to attend. but best of luck :)

i take 10.5 in brooks, will size differ much with the Lunarglide+, cos i'll just buy them online instead... also cheaper. looking around, wiggle have discontinued them, any other sites still stocking them?

I got mine in Arnotts a few weeks ago.You try them?

    I really like the shoes.

They are light but there is a bit of bounce in them.

for sure. i see them going for a lot less on line than on grafton st. problem is i must try them on before i buy them... or can i presume the 10.5 size (currently with brooks shoes) will match with Nike?? or is there a similar NIke shoe, whether Air Pegasus 26+ or Victory perhaps that is comparable in width, lenght etc. so i can try them out. dont wanna order the wrong shoe size from online.

I can help there. I wear a uk 8 in them and they are a great fit. Also wear the same in air pegasus if that helps. Runs true to size.

Be careful with that. I was looking at the nike site for them and they cost a lot more than I could get them for elsewhere. Amphibian King probably won't be charged what your average person would if ordering from their site though. I ended up getting mine for 100 euro...one site was charging £70 and £15 for postage  another site had them for £80 with £5 postage, shoes worked out the same price and I had to sacrifice getting the ones with orange on them just because I didn't want to pay £15 for postage when other sites are able to charge so much less, I couldn't justify £15 for postage.

They worked a treat in the half marathon at the weekend btw. I'm really, really liking them.

and was the size ok with ordering them? no problems when you first tred them on? what size are you normally, and what are you with the Nike LG+?

a quick reminder on how good they look!

Yeah I got my normal size in them. Had never worn nike before so was iffy about ordering online because of that but they've been fine. If you do buy them online just check the sites returns policy first. I got mine on sweatshop...they have the white mens ones on there too. Dunno about sizes though.
