Problem with Aplia

Just after registering there to use Aplia and in the final stages it asked me this. But my Student ID number is 8 characters. Anyone know what the story is?

Just after registering there to use Aplia and in the final stages it asked me this.

Your instructor has requested that you supply a student identification number for administrative purposes.

Instructions: Please enter your University of Limerick student ID number as it appears on your Student ID Card

Student identification number:
(Exactly 7 characters)

But my Student ID number is 8 characters.

Anyone know what the story is?

I have the same problem I'm just going to go to a computer lab. SULIS doesn't seem to work for me either, I keep getting 'Invalid Log-in'

With Aplia if I remember correctly you have to drop the first 0 in your username to log on.

0
