Can't see anything about Eric Prydz on the Tripod site, or ticketmaster. Just that he's playing in Lush on Sept 30th.

All this traveling weighing down your pocket? Could you not wait till he is playing in Leeds or Manchester?

I think i deserve to get in free to Mills, I brought my stag party-30 people to him last year in Tripod. I'm good for business. Go on...

whats mills at these days dj wise, seen him last about 4 or 5 years ago and to be honest he wasnt anything spectacular, some decent tracks with bad mixing, **** all 3 deck mixing (bar the last half hr or so if i remember correctly), playing some **** tracks aswel like thomas & filterheadz -- sunshine, no doubt the man has made some unreal techno tracks in the '90's but that was 10+ years ago, if i was going to check out some techno (goes for any genre really) id save my cash and go see artist/djs that are pushing things right now.

edit: actually i seen mills at sonar a few year ago, was pretty forgetable really, although wasnt at him for too long

I've to go back to Dublin that weekend anyway but wasn't gonna come till the Saturday but seen as Mills was on i booked a flight on the Friday and it was a lot more expensive,no harm in asking anyway is there.

if i ever have a stag ill not be staying in Dublin, it'll be the Dam for me:pac::pac::D:D

Last time i saw him was last year in tripod (see above) and he was thumping. I was part of a big gang, a lot of whom would have not been too interested in him but were all singing his praises at the end. Straight down the line techno with a good dash of latin beats thrown in early on and fairly hammering at the end. His mixing was tighter than i've heard off him before, he was using plenty of loops on the 3rd deck and the only downer was the clown who started roaring at the end "What the fuk... why didn't he play The Bells..fuksake thats sh!te".
I'd rather see him than some hot new talent who hasn't a clue how to work a crowd or some former stalwart who changed his style to go with the latest fashion and at least you're going to get what you expected. Now the likes of Richie Hawtin on the other hand....where did it all go wrong?
