Am a customer for 10 years, rang them to get this, was told it would be €100! Was it always this expensive? Do they do any offers or deals? Is there any monthly charge?

€49 for HD box
€50 for install...

This includes Fitting of a quad LNB and running of a second coax cable required for the full effect of the Sky plus features....what exactly is expensice bout that...its a bargain....

It used to be €300.

It was originally €449 plus €50 for install and the box today has been severely tested and new EPG added so it way better than its predecessor...

Monthly sub increases by €14.75 for hd pack.

I agree with Steveon.

We're at the accounts at the moment and whiles going through some stuff from last year I came across Aug / Sept 08 customer records. In Aug 08 customers were paying 499 for HD.

The 49 for new customers and 99 for existing is for nothing when taking into account the gear used for the job and the engineers time along with all the benifits of having the HD box.

I can actually say I installed more at €449 than at present...really shows u...that people were 2 silly when it came to the credit they had available in the past....
