Weight regime for Boxing

    Just a question for boxers out there, looking for a decent weight regime to help with boxing ie strength, power,stamina etc.What exercises do you do?Any help would be appreciated!

    Depends on your current weight...target competition weightclass (if you plan on competing).Its not so much the exercises as how you do them and how you structure your plan throughout the training cycles.

    i plan on competing, not sure which weight class il be aiming for of yet, i have to wait until college starts back next week to actually decide, im just lookin for general exercises, drills good for stamina prefereably.

    Look towards the direction of muscular endurance work and conditioning circuits for the time being as far as resistance training is concerned.
