Blessing instead of clapping

I have a problem (if you could call it that) where instead of blessing myself when appropriate I always seem to clap and vice versa. At a recent funeral I clapped after the sermon when the priest said a prayer. Always at whatever events I move to bless myself when others are clapping. This may sound trivial but it's really starting to bother me

I hate it when people suggest you see a counsellor about anything on here but I do think that this might be something that a counsellor might be able to help with?

Visit your GP and ask for a referral. It might be something that could be sorted with some form of behavioural therapy.
