I have a problem (if you could call it that) where instead of blessing myself when appropriate I always seem to clap and vice versa. I hate it when people suggest you see a counsellor about anything on here but I do think that this might be something that a counsellor might be able to help with?

Visit your GP and ask for a referral. It might be something that could be sorted with some form of behavioural therapy.
