unable to login into moodle or witcard?

    i registered last friday and i got my WITcard and i set up my user name and password. but i cannot login to any online facilities like moodle or top up my witcard. it just says incorrect password or username.

    what could be the problem?

    Strange. I know if your not registered its a problem, same every year for students who had repeats.

    Best thing to do is call into Computer Services in the IT Building and ask them for assistance. They will be able to sort out your account for you.
